[TC 11.50] WINCMD.KEY locked after installing it by double-clicking

• Start an unregistered Total Commander, installed in a write-restricted folder like c:\Program Files\totalcmd\, in non elevated mode.
• Navigate to a WINCMD.KEY license file and double-click it.
• Click Yes to install the license.
• When the UAC elevation prompt appears, choose to allow elevation.
• The license file is created in the program folder, but remains locked until you close Total Commander. (try to delete it)

It's a normal behavior. So, delete it after closing TC.

Confirmed, I will fix it. Not a big problem, normal users don't need to install their key multiple times.
