TC's plugin installer looks for the first occurrence of a plugin type. Since WDX comes alphabetically before WLX, Windows returns it first when searching subdirectories, so the WLX plugin under the WDX directory will be found first. When there are plugins of the same type scattered across multiple directories, TC cannot "know" which would be the preferred location. In my fix of the above bug, I now ignore directories which contain plugins of multiple types, e.g. one WLX and one WDX plugin in the same directory.

TC should mimics human logic.
Imagine that you hold two balls in your hands - green and red - you have to put them in large boxes where there are already other balls - in the first there are 99 green balls and one red, in the second 99 red and one green. Where do you put the two new balls? In your opinion - both in the first box! Why? What is the logic here?

That would be useful, but would be very different from how it's done now, so it could break a lot of installations. I will therefore not change this for now, sorry - maybe in a later major version.
