[TC11.51 RC3] Can not reopen edited file to continue the edit

Steps is related to this issue:

Steps to reproduce:

1. Run steps from above issue
2. Enter archive again and start edit the file again
3. TC opens the dialog for the file overwrite
4. If use a skip option, then it does not continue to edit the old file and skips the edit at all

I suggest to add the check box: [x] Continue on skip
