[TC 11.50ß8] Scrollbar range not updated after zooming text in Lister (split theme)

I hate to harp on about Lister, the internal incarnation, but the current implementation invoked by either File | Internal Associations or by F3 (Configuration | Options | Edit/View | Internal Viewer with ...) has a peculiar effect on, say, text files when it expands the text size beyond a certain point:-

When the text is expanded (Ctrl+MouseWheel), the bottom of any file is impossible to display; it's obscured. Scrolling down stops short of the bottom of any file.
...unless the size expansion is conducted AT the bottom of a file.

Items op. cit. when using internal Lister:
1. Word-wrap isn't implemented for enlarged characters
2. Output/display is not the same for
..... a. 'F3 Internal Viewer with..' and
..... b. Double-click/Enter on an Internal Associations that invokes [TC] "%1" /S=L
Appearance is completely different, e.g. character size, even to the state of Light/Dark
A proportionally-sized visible-display scrollbar block has never been implemented in any Lister.
lister.exe circa 2007 is deprecated and external to recommendation.

Confirmed, you need to resize the Lister window slightly to get the new scrollbars. This needs to be done automatically.
