That's what I tried in AutoPlay, so exactly how do you completely disable autorun?
TweakUI: My Computer->Autorun->Drives: uncheck drive Letter: Autorun for this drive is off.
I may try it, thanks for your patience.

My Computer->Autorun->Drives
For me, there is only AutoPlay in My Computer (and other irrelevant stuff), and in AutoPlay, a single button that opens My Computer in Explorer. I'm at work now, but may send a screenshot to see if I'm using the same tool at all ;)

Sorry its my fault. Indeed its autoplay (not autorun) as you can see here. Uncheck the drives you want to disable autorun feature. As I said it works without new start or re-login.

Hmm I can't remember if I saw Drives within AutoPlay, but will check today :)
