Desktop CD in button to switch to USB connected Android dir (TIP)

Post by *SkipR »

I connected my Andriod phone via USB it appears in "Computer Overview", so let's call it "A54". If I right click on "A54" and use the "search everything" option (you have installed everthing.exe as well) I get the string in the format to change folders path on A54, which looks like:
"::{xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx}\\\?\usb#vid_04e8&pid_6860&ms_comp_mtp&samsung_android#7&17126b34&0&0000#{yyyyyyyy-yyyy-yyyy-yyyy-yyyyyyyyyyyy}\rootfolder\subdir\subdir\"

I can use this successfully on TotalCmd command line and type:
CD "::long-device-id-string\folderpaths\"

When I try same command in TOTALCMD button it failed. It was failing because there was an accidental extra space after last double quote - that's quite unexpected, so I am just posting this as a warning. I don't know if this is considered a bug I am not running latest TOTALCMD version :-)
