Peculiar - I can reproduce it on Windows XP 32bit, 3 different Windows 7, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 64bit for both 32bit and 64bit TC.

I also tested with accounts that has not been configured in any way - here Asterisk and Defaulr beep is the same sound, but I still hear a second Asterisk sound when i close the dialog.

Just to make sure that we are testing the same - I am talking about the em_NavigateToSameNameTrgItem solution, not the Autorun solution.

I don't think there is a fundamental difference with the first example for Autorun, because the reason for the sounds is common - SELECTFILES*. And it's unlikely that the following commands "cm_GotoNextSelected,cm_Unselect -1,cm_RestoreSelection" could affect the second sound. Try removing them and checking if the second sound remains.

If I remove cm_GotoNextSelected - I dont get the second beep, when there is no match.

And cm_GotoNextSelected is accompanied by sound separately if there is no marking?

Good. The problem is localized.
I suppose the presence of a marking is a condition for the absence of a warning sound after executing cm_GoToNextSelected/cm_GoToPrevSelected. That is, this is by design.
