0=C:\Program Files\totalcmd\plugins\wlx\Imagine\Imagine.wlx
0_detect="MULTIMEDIA"
Hmm, that should be OK.

Does it help if you change it to
0_detect="EXT="JPG" | EXT="PNG" | MULTIMEDIA"

Thanks, this is a good idea, I'll try it if I have time.

Very useful advice, I'll try it later.

I noticed that all plugins are slow to open after the Computer is started, but very fast when used again.
I think this is a common problem.

They are DLLs, so depending on the speed of the PC and virus scanner it can take a while to scan them. Virus scanners will re-scan files each time they get new virus definitions, so a new virus not present in the older definitions can be found.

Thank you very much for the guidance.
Is there any way to avoid the scan? After all, this kind of scanning is meaningless.

Yes, most virus scanners allow to put specific files and/or directories on a "white list" which are then skipped.
I recommend that you only do this when Total Commander and the plugins are installed under "Program Files" AND the plugins are not brand new. Then it's very unlikely that they contain a new undiscovered virus. Be careful with new plugins, though.

I have portable TC and all plugins installed under C:\Tools\Wincmd
since its very first version under Windows 3.11.
Never had any virus infections.
Of course, there was always an active Anti-Virus tool.
Currently, it's Windows Defender, but with Process and Folder exceptions for the TC tree.
Sometimes I make a full scan over this path.
