Small GUI bug: Description on Drives listbox

Post by *szlori »

I noticed a small GUI bug with the drives listbox. It is really not so important, I'm perhaps just seeking perfection...
It happens when you have a long list of drives and there's not enough space to drop down the list box. According to the listbox's default behavior, if there is enough space upwards the listbox will actually drop "up", so to speak.
The description list, however (which is a separate window) is still shown below the listbox, so we get a kind of "broken" look of it.

Mal angenommen, du drückst Strg+F, wählst die FTP-Verbindung (mit gespeichertem Passwort), klickst aber nicht auf Verbinden, sondern fällst tot um.

The description is created by TC, while the dropdown combobox is opened by Windows. Unfortunately I couldn't find any way to determine in which direction the combobox opens...

I too think that this should work.

@ghisler thinks this too and will try it.

Yes I will! Unfortunately it was just a few days too late for TC 6.50, but should be feasible for TC 6.51.

Cheers! You like perfection too, don't you.
