You apparently didn't get my point, despite that you read the whole post. What I wrote about the more prominent placement of features being more easily discovered is a fact. I agree that (new) users should read not just parts of the help, but writing help texts differently influences if and how users overlook things in a text. BTW, the same principle applies to how GUIs are designed. Different placements of GUI elements influences if and how users discover features, if and how they use them, and maybe even if and how they complain about them.
