block mouse operations (drag&drop)

Is there a way to block (desable) copying files with mouse drag&drop operation? :roll:

I guess you missunderstand me. I want to block mouse for copying files with drag&drop.. and this option you show me is for asking for confirmation when copying not for disable this operation.
