[Old?] Blacklisted key nag screen

I've found that TC also has "another nag screen" (for blacklisted?) for non-valid "wincmd.key" file. Just noticed some screenshots this in another discussions. So I also did some tests to reproduce that, so can confirm the same:
1. 32-bit and 64-bit TC show different bold fonts. That's confusing. Is it a bug or a feature? Should it be fixed?
2. The message has no translation at all. Should I try to find myself any missing text strings in my translation file for these text strings?

1. Yes, it should be bold in both. I will change it.
2. It's not translated on purpose, so it can't be changed (the other texts are quite easy to modify, even the scrambled ones).

Buttons "ordering information" are different.
