I have a suggestion for the NTLinks plugin that's most likely very easy to implement:

Add a new Boolean field that says whether or not the link and its target are on the same volume/drive. Of course, this will only work for symbolic links and junctions (and can always return true for hard links as they can only be on the same volume).
