Locked Tab doesn't Stay Locked???

Tabs not staying Locked???

Am I overlooking something???

- New type of locked tab: still allows to change dirs, but reverts to tab-root when clicking "\" or switching to other tab

Please describe in detail what isn't working, if possible with step by step instructions, so I can reproduce (and if possible, fix) it.
