Using Spy++ I tried to find out the message CopyText sends to the TMyListBox, and I couldnt figure it out...

Correct. AFASU CopyText uses hook on window procedure from CpTxtDll.dll. But what going in hook procedure I don't know.

using Spyxx, there is no text in TMyListBox, indexes only... But suggested command works fine :-)
...to define recurse, we must to define recurse first...
