Minor bug w/ Packer plugin dialog

I installed the 7z packer plugin today. Now the 'Associate' dialog list looks like this:

21,%COMMANDER_PATH%\Plugins\WCX\diskdir.wcx
21,%COMMANDER_PATH%\Plugins\WCX\TreeCopy.wcx
21,%COMMANDER_PATH%\Plugins\WCX\TreeCopyPlus.wcx
23,%COMMANDER_PATH%\Plugins\WCX\CatalogMaker.wcx


It would look better if (none) was always at the top. It might also be more convenient if the list was quite long.

I also installed it (and many others too).
Never had this problem, and my (none) is still at the top.

My line for 7z looks like this, however:
87,%Commander_path%\plugins\WCX\7zip\7zip.wcx

Same here as szlori (none) is the first line...
