You won't have to change. Simply copying the wincmd.key into the Total Commander program folder would remove the 1-2-3-nag screen.

I placed an order and when after two days nothing has happened, I enquired what the problem was. It turned out that they did not process my order because their logs showed my online registration didn't come from the country where I live (I'm currently on a business trip). It has been their experience that there is a high incidence of fraud when this occurs so I need to explain why the difference in ordering country and credit card billing address county.

So maybe you should contact them to see if there's a reason for the delay.
