[BUG?] FTP disconnect halts all other FTP sessions

I have no idea if this is a bug. It's been bothering me since version 6.03 I think. I use FTP transfers a lot on our LAN, and each time I disconnect from a server after a finished download, all other ftp sessions running in separate TC instances come to a HALT as well. The progress freezes and I have two options: completely shut down all the other TC instances, or click the disconnect button on each of them and hope that after a minute or so the server drops them. After that, I have to reconnect/resume all the downloads.


Ideas?

This has been reported to me as a bug of the Windows XP SP2 firewall. To my knowledge, the only way to avoid it is to use a different firewall.
