Manipulate connected files as a unit

Is there an option to enable this?
Connected files would be document.htm and document_files folder. Which are created when a webpage(complete) is saved to hard disk.

This is an Explorer-concept, therefore you need to use Explorer functions to manipulate such "connected" files (right click menu: copy/paste/delete).
