Addon to modify the TC. ini

I'd like an addon for modifying the TC .ini file that listed all of the options and gave descriptions. There is the Ultra TC Configuration Editor, but it doesn't go far enough - lots of sections are missing. There is the Ultra TC History Editor, but it only edits the history (not that I'm knocking the tool), I use it frequently.

I'd just like to edit everything in one place and I'd really prefer it if it wasn't notepad, which is what I am using now.

If someone does take this on and wants to get fancy, the editor could allow the user to pick colors from a palette for the Color Filters.

You can update the sections yourself, the explanation is given in Editor help. In the end you just copy&paste the wincmd.ini section of TC help file to the file "tc all keys.txt" and you are done.
