Works great, but i've made a data test on a RW that is damaged and when it was verified it just said that 14 files we're damaged, is it possible to have a log file with the name of th ese files?.
Another usefull addon could be the option to automatically erase RW on Burn Medium.
Great work.

Can you reproduce that? What kind of files/filenames/directory names? What medium/burner? Maybe too long filenames? There's still an issue with file names > 64 chars. Or maybe finalizing the medium helps?sas2000 wrote:Works great, but i've made a data test on a RW that is damaged
Just added this to ToDo:and when it was verified it just said that 14 files we're damaged, is it possible to have a log file with the name of th ese files?

Sorry, i didn't mean to say that your program didn't recorded it ok.
I was using a RW that i know that it's damaged (if i use this RW with NERO verification failed too), i used it just to know if your program will let me know which files are wrong on a verification.
The only problem that i have found is that my Sony DRU-500A Dvd writer is not recognized.

I haven't tried this yet, but it sounds (and looks) totally awesome. I have one question - when the plugin is burning, is that instance of TC locked or can you continue to use TC while the CD is burning?

On my Data Cd tests TC was only locked during RW erase.

Did you know that you can get a TC free lifetime registration for your fantastic plugin?.

Aah okay, goodies. Well I wrote something about the verify function for drives that cannot close the door via motor (only way to deal with that ATM is to manually close the door fast enough), but I'll make the burn log writable to a file.sas2000 wrote:

Yes that can be. The SDK does not include drivers for each and every (especially older) burner model. The only problem that i have found is that my Sony DRU-500A Dvd writer is not recognized.

Though it's possible your drive can be recognized using an external ASPI driver (currently only the built-in ASPI is used). I'll make that a program option soon, you can try again then.

You can continue working in TC, even change the contents of the project that's currently burning.robinsiebler wrote:I haven't tried this yet, but it sounds (and looks) totally awesome. As sas2000 said correctly, ATM the erase window blocks TC. But that will be changed soon.

Hello,
it would be great if TC burner supported drag & drop of file lists created by the diskDir plugin. This would simplify and improve my creation of backups from these lists.
Drag & drop of diskDir Contents already works fine within TC.
The file lists are read within the drag process and the corresponding physical files are written within the drop process.
Right now by dragging directories and files from these lists into the TC burner pane only a message "error writing file..." appears. TC burner tries to write the list item and not the corresponding physical file, I assume.
Any supporters here for this suggestion?
regards
Joachim
p.s. I suggested this feature also to Comlex CD - sort of a "feature cross posting". Hopefully one of both plugins will manage to integrate it.

I just downloaded and tried that plugin.Flavius wrote:it would be great if TC burner supported drag & drop of file lists created by the diskDir plugin. This would simplify and improve my creation of backups from these lists.
I'm not receiving an FsPutFile call within my plugin when I drag+drop a file from within such a list to my project pseudo-directory.
Maybe such an operation (packerplugin-to-filesystemplugin) is not supported by Total Commander itself? (When I press F5 to copy a file out of a list directly to my plugin, I immediately get a TC error box "Function not supported".)
If someone can tell me what function call I receive in such a case, I'll gladly include this feature.
