:) Hello ! Welcome on board !
- You can delete all files inside a ZIP, just the structure shall remain (22 bytes). Then, you can copy any other file into this empty ZIP.
- I don't see how to delete all files inside all ZIPs easily from the buil-in features of TC…

Kind regards,
Claude

Why od you need to delete files from .zip? Simply delete zip file itself and create new one. TC has build in ZIPper, just select files and pres Alt-F5

Let me describe what I’m doing daily. I need to backup many log files from many computers daily. At beginning of month, I create one zip file for each computer named YYYYMM-ComputerName.zip. I add new file into this zip every day. At beginning of next month, I must create all zip file again.

Now, I find out TC can copy all old zip files to new directory and rename while copying easy and quickly. But I must scan these files, enter inside, delete old files to make new empty zip file.

May you have another way to do that?

You can create a template directory with all empty zip files. Next month you copy your template zip files to the new directory, and rename those. The template files are then ready for you next month.

Hope this helps.
