FTP doesn't work

Hi,
I instaled last version of TC, 6.51 and doesn't work FTP from this time . FTP connection is stoped on logining on server.

So, I've got many ftp account and doesn't work everything.

TC is the best piece software which I know.

there is a very similar thread in the German forum and, there, the solution was quite simple. It was the firewall that blocked the connections from the new TC version. Maybe you should check that first?

There was also an exellent tip by Sheepdog to test whether ftp on your computer works at all. Just open the Internet Explorer and try to connect to
"ftp://%ServerName%", where ServerName is the adress you want to connect to. If IE can establish the connection then your problem your problem is most likely a TC problem.

Try using the passive mode.
a) if you have defined connections in Ctrl-F, edit them and set passive mode
b) also set in Configuration - Options - FTP - Use passive mode by default.
