Subj: Interesting Total Commander Reference
As of me, I'm still waiting for a "leaked" Microsoft reference where you'll see some snapshots of TC being
used instead of Explorer. I'm sure MS developers do that behind Bill's back!

You've got me wrong there!djk wrote:NO !!!
Microsoft, don't touch TC, PLEASE !!!
I was impling that MS programmers use TC instead of Explorer for their work to be more productive
and that some day because of that working behaviour we'll see an "official" MS reference online
where mistakenly TC captures will be shown to illustrate a non-file-manager-related issue anyway!

We do have some registered users working at Microsoft, but these are mostly individuals, no big departments or so.As of me, I'm still waiting for a "leaded" Microsoft reference where you'll see some snapshots of TC being
used instead of Explorer.

Christian in Redmond
Congratulations, Christian.
Great to hear TC is inside the MS campus.
Now we just need to buff and polish our darling and you'll be able to sell it off and retire to the Riviera
(Starting with the Help design/appearance.
)
Try to hang on to final approval rights, and a licence royalty. We need to maintain fine design tweak direction.

I will never sell TC to anyone, it's my work and I want to keep improving it.

...but just in case Christian you die before me, make a will with some instructions
for accessing a locked up CD with the source code to a well trusted person!
