Show filename in file list as tooltip if truncated

Can a tooltip be displayed showing the complete path name if the Pane Title Bar contains a very long path? I know that this feature exists for filenames inside the pane.

You can click on the active title bar to put it into edit mode. This allows not only to see the rest of the name, but also to copy the name to the clipboard.

You can also press Alt and down arrow - then you can see a history of visited directories but as the last, checked one you see full path of your current directory.
