For some reason my TC has decided it is in Europe and lists dates as d m y. While I agree that that is the logical order it is confusing here in New Hampshire. How can I get my old familiar m/d/y back?

Sometimes Windows seems to return inconsistent date formats. To fix this, please do the following:
1. Change the date to some other format, e.g. to European (d.m.y) or Japanese (y.m.d) format.
2. Click Apply
3. Change the date back to U.S. format.
4. Click Apply again!
Now Windows should show the correct format also in TC.
