New version: VSS plugin 0.4

There is a new version of the Visual Source Safe plugin available at http://www.volny.cz/bembela/files.

New in this version:
Support for more than one VSS database.
All versions of files are displayed in _History folder for every project.
Many small bugfixes.

Thanks to Michal Brzozowski for suggestions and help with testing this plugin.
