Multi Rename Plugin for ID3v1 & ID3v2 Tags?

Im looking for plugin that change the ID3v1 tag of .mp3 files extensions, and mabye other media extensions like .avi, .mpeg, and more.. but to mp3 is good..

Do you want to rename the files (as the topic title says) or change the tag inside the files (as your post says)?

The title says that i want to change the tags.. so there isnt other way to change the tag without to change the file inside..
and yes i mean to the tag inside the file..

The title could have also said "I want to rename MP3 filenames according to their ID3 tags using a plugin"

There is no such plugin AFAIK, but you can try TheGodfather.
