You need the QuickTime Alternative and the Real Alternative codecs and then you can watch them in any media player.
I switched to Linux, bye and thanks for all the fish!

I've installed the quick time alternative codec (only)
but I still can't see movies with lister (F3)
or any other tc plugin

Have i forgot something?

This alternatives works for me only with one player - Media Player Classic.

Install http://www.totalcmd.net/plugring/mediashow.html plugin. After installation you have to enter "MOV" and other extensions you need under Settings-Files.

MediaShow plugin shows QuickTime and RealVideo nicely with alternative codecs installed.

VideoLan Client can also play .mov files, and it doesn't need alternative codecs (or perhaps it has them included).
