Looking for Content-Plugin: MRT with text plugin

Hello,
I am looking for a plugin (which i can use in the Multi-Rename-Tool) to rename the file with parts of the content of the file.
For example:
Use string in 1 line, starting at position 20, length 10 chars.
or
The string between <word1> and <word2>

Do you know about such a plugin or do I have to write it by myself for the TC-community?
