I have put all dll's in my system32 folder but haven't got any idea's about what to do/try next.

I would say, you should take it as it is - as it's only alpha state and preview. it has some problems that wait to be solved and noone's there who would like to help. so just try tlswrap with internal ftp support, if it's good enough for you. it works well.
