What type of file is this (MMF)?

After a quick search over the file format database it gives:

MMF Meal Master Format, a recipe catologing format
MMF Mail file (Microsoft)

It doesn't sound to be one of these.....

After some research i found that MMF is the ringtone format used by variuos Samsung Mobile Phones and it is convertible to ordinary MIDI format.

right! it's a ringtone format.
