ann: TorrentLister v0.01

Post by *ctiberg »

This plugin does just what it's name implies - lists the contents of Torrent files, used when downloading files with a BitTorrent client.

The only difference between this and Torrent.wlx from Franck8244 on Tcmd Board is that I've formatted the output differently, using a table for the files and some minor changes. But the main project file is my own, and has nothing to do with his :)

It's at http://ctiberg.alturl.com/TorrentLister001.zip - so get it :)

This plugin requires Total Commander v5.50 or later.

It lets you list the contents of Torrent files, including name, date, size and the files that are included.

This is released 'as-is', without any kind of warranty. It uses

All source code is included, so you can just unpack src.zip and embedwb117_XP.zip and recompile it.
It uses units found on the internet, those are part of the "maketorrent project" and can be found at:

http://krypt.dyndns.org:81/torrent/maketorrent/index.phtml

I also use an embedded browser:

http://www.euromind.com/iedelphi/embeddedwb.htm

Best of luck with the plugin :)

I've now uploaded v0.02. The only change is that it uses a template .html file, that you can edit as much as you like :)

Get it now at http://ctiberg.alturl.com/TorrentLister002.zip

Error 404 - Page Not Found
But http://www.totalcmd.net/download.php?id=TorrentLister works :)

@ctiberg:
Are you still working on this Plugin?

What bugs me most that its not possible
when using this plugin to close the lister
with escape and that i cant use the all
the lister-standard shortcuts :-(

2nd Wish: If the Torrent doesnt posses a comment
the Lister shows %comment%. Is it possible not to
show %comment% if its empty ? TIA!

Yes, in a way - I'm at least keeping an eye on this thread :)

That's due to my problem with embedding IE - I've asked for help in another thread, but haven't received a thing. As soon as I embed IE in a plugin, all keyboard actions ceases to come to me, so I can't forward it to TC...

That's one of the things that will be corrected in the next version. I've found it irritating myself :)
