Thumbnail library

Does anybody know some good freeware library to create thumbnails with various interpolating settings for quality.

and is it bad to use shrink in TImage in Delphi for this purpose ?

This are not exactly thumbnail libraries, although they should be helpful to create reduced images (although I DON'T know if this conversions can be done to memory).

I have seen features of this 2 projects and that is exactly what I need.

What about shrink in TImage. Quolity is not so important as speed !

If TImage shrinks images as bad as Internet Explorer does (it's only an example), then you'd better use another technique.

Anyway, I'm not the one to tell you if TImage shrink method is the best way to do it, as I'm not a Delphi coder.

In case somebody didn't know for this, I found Graphic32 library and design time components for Delphi, for fast bitmap manipulation.

I don't know if anybody used this, but it looks nice.
