Post by *lzvk25 »

Unfortunately this version is NOT freeware, it is crippled because there is going to be a shareware version.

It says this version is freeware !
Only version 7 may become shareware.

It works for me without any restrictions.

AFAIK, an Excel sheet opens through ODBC, and I have no problems opening it. What db you cannot open?
I switched to Linux, bye and thanks for all the fish!

I tried to open an Oracle table and a Teradata table. Both using ODBC drivers which worked perfectly in v.6.1. Now as soon as I tried to open them, I got the message that this was enabled in the "Pro" version.

I think only experts use these universal functions.

Unfortunately, most TC users are EXPERTS !!!

Trust me, dumb users do not even know or care about the existence of TC. Much less about the existence of a certain plug-in.

Fortunately, not all experts are database specialists.
