New DBF viewer

I view DBF files many times a day, but the viewers I had tried all had problems:

Failed on non-ascii characters in the filenames, failed on read-only files, didn't show the file structure or I couldn't stop viewing by pressing ESC.

So I wrote a new one in 1 hour that has solved all the problems. If anybody wants a copy let me know.

The viewer is simple, but source code (delphi) is included.
