Confirmed ... it looks like the folder with all file entries is deleted and then the new folder is created only, instead of reusing the existing folder.If you choose "Overwrite all older" now, then all entries in these folders will be deleted from the LST-archive.
Not confirmed ! I can delete single file entries from the archive view of *.lst file without any problem.(furthermore it's the only way to delete entries from the archive - apart from using an editor)

As an alternative you can invoke the following commands (as in default english menu):
- 1. Commands -> Branch View (With Subdirs) (Ctrl+B)
2. Select All
3. Mark -> Copy Names With Path To Clipboard
