[BUG] WebDAV plugin - Cancelling an upload...
...doesn't work.

You are right, it's not normal. I will check what the problem is. Thanks for your report!

I have just released a new version of my WebDAV plugin, version 1.3. Please check whether you can cancel uploads now (it works here).

Nope, the bug hasn't been fixed here, sorry. Tested XP SP2, GMX Mediacenter.
Another bug I just discovered:
Pressing Reload or F7 toggles display of "Quick connection" when there is no connection defined.
Another cosmetical request:
Please use a consistent naming scheme, call the files WebDAV.wfx, WebDAV.ini, etc... instead of the present "davplug.xyz".

That's strange, it works perfectly here - both on Windows and the PocketPC, where I use the same code, both with GMX (secure and normal access). When does aborting fail, when there is data traffic, or when the connection hangs?Nope, the bug hasn't been fixed here, sorry. Tested XP SP2, GMX Mediacenter.

Confirmed.
In WebDAV 1.3 the bug is not fixed.
I tried just several times. Once I've been able to cancel the upload just before it had startet i.e. I
1. selected the file
2. pressed F5 for copy
3. pressed Enter
4. clicked immediately at cancel to abort the transfer before it had startet
But after it started there is no chance to cancel the upload. The only thing that worked:
When I rightclicked to the taskbar and got the context menu "move minimize close" and choose close. Then the winodw does not close but the transfer is interrupted somewhere( without any warning message) and I receive an incomplete file at the webDAV folder. But not always.
When I open this context menu and keep it open for about two seconds and choose close then the transfer is abortet.

Unfortunately I cannot reproduce this error on Windows 2000 with IE6. I don't have Visual C++ on XP, so I cannot find out what the error is. Could someone with VisualC++ test this on XP in a debugger, please?
