Missing icons...

First at all, very good job.

In this package I´m missing following icons:

- show all files /cm_SrcAllFiles/
- show only programs /cm_SrcExecs/
- show custom selection /cm_SrcUserDef/
- show only selected files /cm_UserSpec/
---
and some icons coresponding to custom columns (media, exif, id3, directories,.. /cm_SrcCustomView/)

Thanks for that little promotion

The date of the last public release is quite a while ago and meanwhile, I did massive adjustments in overall coloring, styling and also changed some motives. So be a little patient, you'll notice when when the new version of my icons will be ready
