[OT] Free program to remove hotfix backups

Hi everybody,

i'm trying to find a good freeware application to fully remove my XP hotfix backups.
We probably all know the program from Doug Knox, but it isn't completely free and it leaves some stuff behind.
Then there is Update Cleanup which does a better job but isn't free.
Anybody know any other programs that do this?

Last versions of Ccleaner remove XP hotfix backups too.
