TC Hide me some folders and im not see them.

Because they are hidden/system.
Mal angenommen, du drückst Strg+F, wählst die FTP-Verbindung (mit gespeichertem Passwort), klickst aber nicht auf Verbinden, sondern fällst tot um.

TC has its won option to show/hide system and hidden file, and it is not use Explorer setting

today 5 folders become system attribute alone.
There is no attribute called alone !
