[req] free .FLV lister plugin
Now a lot of video on the internet are in FLV format, for example, Youtube and Google Video. I hope I could view these videos with TC lister plugin. Currently it is only possible using SWFLister which is a shareware. Is there any free lister plugin can do this job? Thank you!
FLV player
Does the SWFView plugin (freeware) not run .flv files? If not, AFAIK MPlayer can play .flv files, so perhaps MPlayer4TC plugin is for you.

What you need is a directshow filter and splitter for the FLV format. According to my reasearch, the K-Lite codec pack should do what you need, but I haven't tested myself.

K-Lite codec pack is illegal, in case you don't know. It contains unlicensed full versions of encoders.
Besides that it's not a good idea to pollute OSes with a cocktail of unpredictable codecs and filters.
Check this site, it contains a bookmarklet for YouTube and enough info:
http://1024k.de/bookmarklets/video-bookmarklets.html
In order to make it work in TC:
1. Install ffdshow, excellent Direct Show-filter.
2. After the installation start "Video decoder configuration" in startmenu/ffdshow and set "Codecs -> FLV1" to "libavcodec".
3. Install mmedia- (add "flv" to list of supported extensions in mmedia.ini) or Media Show-plugin.
You can also play .flv files with WMP, MPC or other Direct Show players after installation of ffdshow. MPlayer (like ND has told above) and VLC play these files out-of-the-box.

It is actually an external program, and not a plugin, but have you ever tried FLV Player by Martijn De Visser? It is very good, IMHO.
You can find it at: http://www.martijndevisser.com/blog/article/flv-player-updated

BTW, in case you don't know:
with the help of this site one can download original videos (NOT flv) from some video-sites. Though youtube's downloads are still flv...
P.S.: if this link is illegal, delete the post.

@ghisler:
The latest ffdshow builds, for example available here:
https://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=173941 have activated FLV1 filter directly after installation, so no manual adjustment is necessary. But as these newer builds are experimental and not expected to be rock stable I hadn't mentioned them.

@icfu
I know that winflowers asked for a plugin, but my post just meant:
"I don't know, by now, of any plugin that satisfies your request, but if you don't mind an external viewer specifically built for FLV files, this can be what you need. It is freeware, too. I do know this is not what you asked for; it is just an alternative."
Just in order to humbly share what little knowledge I had. I didn't expect to be greeted by dumb arrogance. If this is the way you treat someone who is trying to give a hand.....
I wonder if your previous remark on not reading the thread was referred to my post. If this is the case, I can tell you that I read it very carefully !!!Have you expected anything else? For sure not, eheh!
