Just tried 2.2 beta, "Directory count (on demand)" and "File count (on demand)" will automatically show up no matter DelayMode = 0, 1 or 2.

I have found a slight problem with super_wdx. When I configure the columns in TC, with shell_details I can choose from a few extra CVS columns. These columns do not appear in super_wdx. Any idea how to solve this?

Since D1P has publish his sources, I added one feature in his plugin.Now adjust of data request for columns is possible not only from folder.ini in the current directory, but also from parent directory and his parent directory etc. (You understand, what I mean and what it gives )
I hope I have not add any bugs by this action, but it is only a beta version.You may test and use it. But you understand, that no warranty if...

Das weiß ich schon,aber es scheint mir nicht ganz logisch zu sein,weil nicht ich dieses Plugin geschrieben habe,sondern D1P.Das ist bloss eine neue Version.Ich möchte eigentlich einfach abwarten bis das Plugin genug stabil wird und dann bitten seinen Autor,dass er selbst die neue Version einfügt.(in Deutsch wurde es mir leichter, meine Gedanke zum Ausdruck zu bringen).

Now in English.Because we are in english thread.I now that Icfu has wrote.But I think , it is better,that Author neu version hostet. I am not the author of the plugin.That`s why I want to wait plugin will stable and ask his author to host it.

He has released the sources because he has no time for the project anymore. Imagine if 10 other developers would do their own enhancements to the code, I doubt that he wants to host them all.
Besides that, he has also hosted on totalcmd.net/wincmd.ru which both belong to Ergo.

With IEView plugin it's the same.

Good to see someone is picking up on this plugin. Long time ago I translated this already to Dutch but I stopped using it because of some bugs. Can't remember exactly just never solved. Are you planning on solving any bugs?

To see,what is changed,your need edit you superwdx.ini and set CustomFoldersView=4. Then you may see such as:for example settings from folder.ini in c:\Docs&Settings\My Music will be applyed to c:\Docs&Settings\My Music\Rock\Therion\1998 and now you may simplify ajusting your columns by moving folder.ini from one folder to another. When folder.ini with other setting is in the \Rock,or \Therion, this setting will applied to folder c:\Docs&Settings\My Music\Rock\Therion\1998.
I was made this function,because I use it often and find it helpful.It`s only my humble opinion.Sorry, I can`t explain it better.As I say,I know English to little.

Thanks for your elaborate explanation. Unfortunately, I cannot test it, since I can't seem to find a folder.ini on my pc. Does it have a simple layout you could post? Or how do I create one?

As for the bugs, it has been quite a long time, I will have to see if I can find any old reports about it. Otherwise I will check the program again.

Possible you have never used custom view from files.File Folder.ini appears if you check "custom folder"in the configuration program SSetting, presented in the same folder,as a plugin. Authors of this program D1P and Genius have made a menu item "Custom View" with submenu for using with "Custom Folder". You must activate "custom view from local files only" or "custom view from database and local files". This way you may adjust a separate folder to viewing otherwise from all.This possibility was already in SuperWDX version 2.2.I have added recursive charakter to search of folder.ini for using folder.ini in the parent directoryes.Unfortunately, I have not changed anything in GUI,so to use my addition you must set CustomFoldersView=4 manually , because SSetings can set only CustomFoldersView=1(from files only),..=2 (from database) and ..=3 (from database and local files). Possible I`ll do changes in GUI later.
If you never used custom view,first try how it works in the version 2.2 from D1P, and then my variant. If you need this function at all.
