I think the plugin should ignore the lines in wincmd.ini ([Lister plugins]) including "_detect" expressions, like:
7_detect="ext="DBF"|([0]=3|[0]=4|[0]=5|[0]=67|[0]=179|[0]=131|[0]=139|[0]=142|[0]=245)"
They look very strange in the file system.
Maybe they should be moved to the properties of the plugin.

BTW:
Browsing [Packer] section I can see multiple instances for some plugins (eg. iso.wcx).
Why? Probably because they are associated with several extensions, eg. in this case: .iso, .nrg, .bin, .img.
Moreover, when I press Enter it shows me always (for all instances) the same extension, the first one.
