DirBrackets

Post by *compie »

What do you like the most: DirBrackets off or on. They are on by default (you have to disable them in the .ini file). I think the brackets are really ugly and make the names of the directories more difficult to read.
What is your opinion?

I wont say I find them ugly, but I dont like them.
I think the configuration dialog needs an option to change it, since it was the 1st thing to bother me as a WinCmd user.
Editing the ini file manually, was not something that you'd mess around with in the begining.

For the readers that doesnt yet know how to disable it, change DirBrackets to 0 in WinCmd.ini or add it to the CONFIGURATION section.
Of all the planets I've been to, this one is my favorite.

or... you can use Tweak TC :-)
You can download it for example from Club Total (Maxwish):

BTW: It's really an option which could be accessable for all users in the configuration dialog, IMO.
