Is it possible to take part in beta-testing of TCmd? I'm registered user and total fan of TCmd - and can't wait for next versions (esp. excited about tabbed interface). Christian could prepare debug builds for interested
users to test. I could sign some kind of NDA or anything (with my own blood if you wish).
The betatesters group is pretty much closed. There is no open betatest because of the Swiss laws which make it possible for someone to sue a software author if he releases a not properly tested version that causes damage. If the beta test was open and the program contained a little bug that would delete something Christian would have no means to tell everyone to immediately stop using it. Currently he has all the betatesters' email addresses so he can warn them in case someone discovers something fishy. So it's rather on the safe side.
Concerning adding someone to the betatesters group - Christian doesn't like the idea too much because then everyone would want in and it might somehow get out of control.
Anyways, that's how I see it.

Mal angenommen, du drückst Strg+F, wählst die FTP-Verbindung (mit gespeichertem Passwort), klickst aber nicht auf Verbinden, sondern fällst tot um.
