Good idea.
I would recommend not to give the path only a number
but something looking like a variable (i.e. tcp1, tcp2, ...).
So one could use it like this %tcp1%, %tcp2% and so on.
Would be also great if one could choose whether to:
4 = store path in windows registry only
5 = store path in wincmd.ini only
6 = store path in wincmd.ini and windows registry
7 = if stored in wincmd.ini, path is public to all plugins (future plugin versions)
...
