I think this command shouldn't open configuration files in notepad but in default editor.

See please Change setting files directly: open using .ini association.

Mal angenommen, du drückst Strg+F, wählst die FTP-Verbindung (mit gespeichertem Passwort), klickst aber nicht auf Verbinden, sondern fällst tot um.
