hmm, I am stupid somehow - did unpacl that file (lha), set the packer config to it - but still no change - says "action interrupted??)

First you must configure Tc to use LHA32.EXE as unpacker, but that's not enough because LHA32.EXE needs a DLL in order to unpack your file, this DLL is called UNLHA32.DLL and it must be copied to LHA32.EXE directory.
You can download last version
here (this version is packed and the only file that you'll need is UNLHA32.DLL), i'm using LHA32.EXE v1.06 & UNLHA32.DLL v2.51.2 but i hope that this new one will work with your file too.
