Animated speed is something wrong, faster in Image plugin than in other image tool like ACDSee.
May u fix the problem in the next version? thx!

It's worse with Irfan View! Are you sure the problem doesn't come from your image?Animated speed is something wrong, faster in Image plugin than in other image tool like ACDSee.

About GIF animation speed problem
Yes... I know that.
It shouldn't be called as 'problem' :)
Because,
The delay of your animation GIF is 0.
There is no delay time between frames.
My plugin and Irfanview shows that animation fast as much as possible.
But, ACDSee and Internet Explorer shows that animation in *PROPER* speed.
Translation difference of '0' makes the result :)
* XnView shows same speed. :)
Thank you for your concern!!! :)

Re: About GIF animation speed problem
how come ACDSee and IE know what the "*PROPER* speed" is?nyam wrote:But, ACDSee and Internet Explorer shows that animation in *PROPER* speed.
why not let Imagine plugin try to show it in *PROPER* speed when in this case?
About *PROPER* speed
IE doesn't allow the very fast animation (short delay value)
In my thinking,
IE increases the delay value to reduce CPU usage.
And, ACDSee follows the IE to show at same speed with IE. :)
I didn't estimate the *PROPER* speed of ACDSee and IE.
'Show in *PROPER* speed' is not standard. :)
IrfanView and XnView (and my plugin too ;) ) is normal rather than ACDSee and IE. :)

hmm...Did you plan to support as many extensions as IV does?
There are some reasons about that.

First, I was dissatisfied with External IrfanView.
It cannot show animation file, and initial loading time is slow.

I wanted to make a tiny, fast, pure and clean image/animation plugin.

Second, The Image in lister through the IrfanView cannot be copied to clipboard. (->It's essential for me

Third, I wanted to apply my private image/animation library.
That's all.
I want to add many useful features like IrfanView.
(But I don't want to add some useless features that is NOT often used.
I want the library to be small continuously.)
Thank you!

I'm not sure you understood my question: in fact I were just asking if you planned to support more image formats in your plugin (like JPEG2000 -.JP2-, MNG etc.).Did you plan to support as many extensions as IV does? There are some reasons about that
Because TC supports BMP internally (like .ico files)Why .bmp files are shown with Lister itself and not with Imagine
